Best Day Housecleaning is a fully insured and bonded cleaning company. When you entrust us to clean your home, we want you to know that you are 100% protected!
Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
It's up to you! We understand that these days many people work from home or have other requirements that keep them at home. We do ask that our Cleaning VIPs have easy access to clean the spaces on the work order without delay. If there are any spaces that cannot be cleaned due to occupation please let us know upon arrival.
How does your pricing work?
We will schedule a thorough sales call or home visit with you to review all of the details about your home. This will cover everything from square footage to the last time your home was cleaned, to how many pets and children you have at home. We will then quote your cleaning based on an estimated time. This allows our Cleaning VIPs ample time to clean your home and they should actually finish the job right on time or even a few minutes early. Finishing early, within reason, does mean they skipped any essential items from the checklist. It just means they are efficient and skilled at what they do!
Do you give discounts for regular cleaning?
